You do not have to make juice from a whole lemon, you only need 1/3 of the lemon. If you decide to do this practice, you need to drink the hot water with lemon 20-30 minutes before breakfast.
Consume a tablespoon of honey
Honey will provide the necessary energy to stimulate memory and productivity, it will also cure your sore throat and cough, and will reduce the symptoms of allergy.
Because of those benefits, you should eat a tablespoon of honey every morning 10-15 minutes before breakfast. You can mix it with water, the effect will be the same.
Massage your ears
Massage on the ears in the morning will wake you up. You can make this massage as soon as you open your eyes while you are still in bed. Furthermore, this massage will give you extra energy.
Clean your tongue
We all brush our teeth twice a day, but that does not mean that we have finished with the entire hygiene of the oral cavity. A number of bacteria are collected in your tongue, and because of that, you may have bad breath, tartar and gum problems. To clear the tongue, you need an ordinary toothbrush, making sure not to be very harsh, so you don’t damage the surface of the tongue.
